Established in 1987, ABDS aims to provide an all-round service, so that our clients can contact us as their first port of call when they need a solution to a business issue.
 
As a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants, the main service we provide is the preparation of Annual Accounts at the end of the financial year. We do this for corporate clients, sole traders and partnerships. We look at Tax Planning issues pre and post the financial year end, and discuss these issues with you. We undertake Tax Compliance work throughout the year, as necessary for you, and ensure that your Personal & Corporate Tax Returns are accurately prepared and submitted on time. We keep you well informed at all times and are always available to meet with you to offer advice and discuss your business.

Our name reflects the additional services we can provide for you. We offer a range of services that enable you to devote your time to your business, safe in the knowledge that your routine year-end work will be undertaken on a timely and cost-effective basis, in good time for you to plan for tax and business development.
