Increase in National Minimum Wage Rate

From the 1st of October 2009 the National Minimum Wage is set to increase to:

Adults                            5.80

18 - 21 Year Olds       4.83

16 - 17 Year olds       3.57

The National Minimum Wage Rate does not apply to workers below the age of 16.
